Please note: If your request requires renting any of the facilities, then you will need to contact Ian Burt by phone, email, or in person during office hours to reserve the facility/facilities and pay the rental and insurance fees.
Once you've made the reservation, or if you do not require one, then fill out and submit the form below. This will be used to submit events, Mass Announcements, and any requests for announcements in the Bulletin or on the website.
Do not submit requests more than 3 months ahead of time and no less than 2 weeks ahead of time (if you want to be in any of the announcements).
Filling this form out helps us to keep track of requests and make sure that any important announcements are not missed or forgotten. As well, it will help to make sure that as many people as we can inform are aware of your event and make sure it's well-attended.
We will make all attempts to promote events that meet our guidelines, but this is subject to timing, availability, and editing of the original announcement.
