Our Lady of Sorrows parish provides several methods for parishioners to make their offertory contributions. We also provide a list of options that parishioners can include in their estate planning.
Envelopes
Registered parishioners receive a packet of contribution envelopes every month, which includes envelopes for Sudays, holy days, special collections, the maintenance fund, and for support of the St. Vincent de Paul society. These envelopes are placed in the collection baskets during the Offertory at each weekend Mass. Please call the parish office at 503 775-6731 if you are not currently receiving offering envelopes.
Currently, because of the coronavirus outbreak, you are welcome to send us your donation envelope in the mail. Just send it to: Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 5239 SE Woodstock BLVD, Portland, Oregon 97206.

Estate Planning
There can be many benefits to making a planned gift to your parish as part of your will and estate planning. A financial gift given as a bequest can go far in furthering God's work. To help you in planning a bequest, we recommend the following wording:
I, give, devise, and bequeath the sum of $ ____________ to the Archdiocese of Portland, in Oregon, for the sole benefit of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, located at 5239 SE Woodstock BLVD, Portland, Oregon, to be used under the direction and control of Rev. Chrispine Otieno, Pastor, or the priest-in-charge at the time of my death.
